Location and airport pick up.Could not sleep with noise. Hotel aesthetics were nice, room was nice in good condition, staff was helpful and kind, but there was noise that was not taking care of and no sleep was able to be gotten at this place, never ...

my husband stepped on a pin and when we complained to the manager about it he told us we were just making it up!they're not doing a good job cleaning their place,i would never recommend this place especially if you have kids its dangerous good...

This has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed !!! Rooms were filthy, bug found in the bathtub, used soda bottles in mini-fridge. Bathroom stunk!!! Toilet filthy. We were only here between plane flights, or we would never have stayed...
