One reason why I chose this hotel was availability of high-speed internet access.
The connection was not fast and did not work for more than 2 hours on the second day. I had to spend about 20 minutes on the phone with technical support and waited another 30 minutes to have the problem this fixed. The hotel staff told me such internet problems were common. I conduct business on the internet and this was a huge problem for me.
The heater in the room was very noisy. There was no orange juice during breakfast. I asked the receptionist to fix this problem, but nothing happened.
