This is a very good, basic hotel. There are three fast-food-type eateries right outside the doors to the rooms. However, the best thing about it was the folks behind the front desk. They were extremely helpful in directing me to various locations in the city. They went above and beyond when I asked for a receipt almost two months after checkout. That is amazing customer service, which is rare these days. Finally, I really liked their environmental policy on bedding changes. It is overall a good value for your money, due especially to the policies and staff.

They had very inadequate lighting in the bathroom. No remote control available for the TV. No 'do not disturb' tag to put on door. The shower head was a fancy massaging design that was broken and didn't massage any more.
