40 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
They had a total disregard for our comfort and when we called customer service, they said the hotel was independently owned and there was nothing customer service could do to reprimand them or compensate us for the hassles and disrespect.

Phone was out of order for one day. Bad paint smell due to paint and plastering being done in hallway. Lighting too dim in halls. Key card worked some of the time. Mattress uncomfortable. Worst Days Inn experience to date.
