Days Inn Lanett Hotel - Page 1

I booked a four day stay at days inn through priceline.com. When I arrived at the hotel I was only offered one large bed with a smoking room. I called priceline and they refused to give me a refund. They told me to read the fine print. After reading the contract I realized that it was true, they did not guarantee the bed or a non smoking room. Knowing this, what good is priceline anyway! If people read the contract they would never use priceline to begin with. Days Inn was no better. They had no security and anyone could walk into the place at any time. The manager, Rick was very nasty. He refused to help me.

I was very well satisfied with everything at the hotel.

Beware of this hotel. You won't be able to sleep all night. There were police cars in and out the parking lot all night, and lots of other traffic. The front desk isn't helpful at all.

It’s a very insecure place, their breakfast sucks, it’s an unorganized place. The hotel advertises something and the real place is different, and the night auditor was drunk on the desk.
