The lighting didn't work properly and the front counter person could not speak fluent English.

The pillows were very flat and the man at the front desk was helpful in getting replacements for those. We went swimming and needed additional towels, which were available.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful when we checked in.
