Why Do they charge extra. This was without a doubt the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in. The walls were covered with a brown stain, the phone looked as if it had never been wiped down since the place was opened, and the bathroom floor was rotten. I don't knnow if they just give the nasty rooms to persons traveling with pets, but if they are trying to discourage those patrons it does work. I now inspect my room before I unload, and demand better accomidations if they are not acceptable.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Knoxville West.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Excellent
For the money, this was such a nice motel! The staff were all so friendly, asking if we needed anything. The room was old, but clean and comfortable. We used the pool, and breakfast bar.
