Days Inn Kissimmee Annex Hotel - Page 1

First off check in was okay friendly staff - but twice within the first two days our room key would not work so we kept having to go back to the front desk which was quite a way to walk to especially as I was on crutches. Rooms smelled musky and Garbage can near the bathroom had someone else`s hair weave left in it (under the bin liner) that hotel staff did not actually open up and place in your garbage cans, they just left it for their guests which is not a big deal. Swimming pool area was good we spent 2 late nights by the pool although the pool bar is only open Saturday nights until 10pm "Lady working behind the bar was on her cell phone 99% of the time". Over all we had a good time "as we took the attitude that it was only a place to sleep during our visits to Disney parks. - only downers - Dirty looking rooms - Walls were dirty beside on of the beds - towels were in tight demand and when it says internet access it means one machine in the lobby - time to upgrade and make the hotel wireless.

Would go back if I was on a budget - but if we plan on going to visit Disney again would consider looking for a better hotel - Staff Great - Hotel No So.

The hotel is in a great location for Disney and the resort area. It has comfortable rooms. Many restaurants are close by.

I had two rooms and they were both nice and very clean. The only problems we had were that the heat did not work in one and the phones did not work in either. The second day I reported these problems and the heat was fixed very quickly, but the phones were never fixed. They checked them while we were out and since they had a dial tone, they thought they were working, but we were unable to make or receive calls. They did not work at all, during our stay. Also the heated pool was definitely not heated.

The pool was amazing!
