Our room smelled strong with urine, the bathroom door stuck, I had to knock on the door and my husband would have to pull it open from the outside, the sink wouldn't hold water, the ice bucket had a crack in it, the room was small and the bed felt damp.
I called the front desk and told the clerk these things. She called back an hour or so later and said the manager said if we weren't happy with the room we could "go someplace else". How's that for courtesy?
