67 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had a non smoking room but it smell like smoking. the carpet wad dirty. The shower was either cold or hot. ice machine was dirty and rusty. We do not recommend this hotel stay away.

Booked through travelocity, got to hotel the a/c didn't work (it was 110 outside) the curtain were off the window and only 1 light worked in the whole room, they changed rooms for us, that room was dirty, someone had used the toliet and didn't flush yuck, couldn't change to another room cause they were full (right) there were all of 5 other cars in the parking lot. Took an hour to get someone to clean the room and fix the curtains. They charged us more money at check in (I had thought I had already paid for the room w/ credit card on line), called travelocity, still haven't heard back from them. That was almost a year ago. We have stayed at this hotel many times before so we always wanted to stay there. We now will NEVER stay there again.

Room was not cleaned. Called front desk andI was told "don't know what to tell you about that. There is no one here to clean it." Room was never cleaned. We'll never stay there again.

It was really a bad experience staying at this hotel. Toilet was not working. No iron in the room. False claim for wireless internet, it was not working at all. Carpet was dirty. Not enough bath towel.
