The hotel was overpriced but then the whole town is a tourist trap.

They have poor staff training in an overpriced motel but then again they charge what the traffic will bear.

The service here is always very good. We use this motel every time we come to Jackson, which is on a regular basis. We and are always very satisfied with the comfort of the room, cleanliness, and hotel staff, who are awesome. But there were a lot of younger male adults who hogged the pool area, drinking, swearing, and making it impossible for any other guests with children to use the facility.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They always refer to us by name. They come to our room and ask if we are okay. They always ask if we need extra accommodations. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

It's a good price, it could be closer to the center of town for a more enjoyable stay, but it was just a place to stay for a night and that's all; so it met expectations just fine.
