We booked this hotel at the last minute, when we got there, the reception stank, there was a horrible dirt smell. When we attempted to check in the booking was wrong, we had booked two rooms, but the staff took that as one room for one week and then another room for the following week.

We were eventually given two rooms next to each other. We found that one of the rooms would unlock, when we got into the room that would unlock we found that it smelled disgusting, it smelled on cigarette smoke (even though it was supposed to be a no smoking room), dampness and sweat. The linen on the bed was not clean, it had clearly been used by the previous occupant and staff had not bothered to change the sheets. The curtain rail in the bathroom was hanging off as was the shelf. The lock in the room safe had been drilled. The room was completely uninhabitable. The other residents of the hotel were DSS types and there were all sorts of strange individuals hanging around the dark corridors.

When we complained to the reception staff there was no surprise and no attempt to rectify any problems. We told them that we were checking out and they did not protest. During our short time at the Days Inn, which was only measured in minutes, we saw people leaving in their droves and over heard people complaining.

Do not stay at this hotel, it is in a vile state

The location, the free breakfast and the maids were great! The shuttle to Disney was good going to, but coming home was really awful! There were too many people riding not enough buses. There was too long of a wait to ride the bus back to hotel. They need to have buses that only are from a single hotel, not from many hotels!!

The hotel is convenient to Magic Kingdom. They need a more flexible shuttle service. The outdoor cleanliness is lacking. They are pet friendly but I cannot choose a ground level unit.

I have stayed at Days Inn motels frequently and as a matter of fact this is my first choice most of the times, as they are compact, clean and they have very good beds. Last trip it was great again, I really had not expected anything else. I will go back when I am in the area again.

My room was not ready when we arrived. The help was rude. My room was not cleaned well at all. The accommodations were not as expected.

I liked the free shuttle and the complimentary breakfast. I did not like that the pool was not heated.

We liked the hotel. It was a great location. My sixteen-year-old daughter and her friend went down to the pool. When they came back to the room the man cleaning the pool area called our room and my daughter answered the phone. The man was telling her that he thought she and her friend were pretty and asked how old they were. My husband was a deputy sheriff and this will be investigated further.

It was located between the two places I deliver and pick up at.

The hotel's location is near the main part of Orlando. It's a great tourist spot near all the attractions -- within walking distance. Their continental breakfast was not so great, though; it was mostly sweets: doughnuts and cakes.

I liked the great location and nice rooms. But they tried to charge me twice.

When we booked the room, we were not told that we would have to be out early because this was the last day that this Days Inn would be open. If that was the case, we would have stayed at another one in another area of Orlando.

It was very busy with teenagers everywhere. I did see security driving around, which was good.

They were real good to us.

This hotel made me feel respected: It did not matter how much or how little we had, they treated us well.

Wonderful staff and more then we expected. We will look for Best Inn in other states when we travel.

This hotel made me feel elegant: It was a wonderful stay and we have gone back twice since and we have told friends of our stay and they stayed there as well.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and helpful in making me feel comfortable and making my stay enjoyable.
