Days Inn Inner Harbor Hotel

We were double booked, so one out of the two rooms we had had to be relocated to the Holiday inn, which was down the street. Although it was inconvenient, The Days Inn comped the relocated room making it less expensive for us to stay. One other issue was that our phone was not working so we would have to go down to the front desk anytime we needed anything. The staff and managers were very apologetic and we were compensated in other ways, such as the free breakfast buffet the following morning.

The beds were stained and the staff was unpleasant.

I stayed there before and it was fine.

I would stay there again. It is a in a great location to the convention center. It was very reasonable, I had no complaints.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly. Usually I was greeted when I was walking through the lobby. They were very helpful overall.

My reservation was incorrect and I was charged for a night I did not stay. They did not have any info about local eating or Starbucks. People smoked in the porte cochere.
