Okay so I did not book a hotel in advance of my stay I was just in town and decided "it can't be that bad, its one night!" Well, I was wrong.
I check in, rude, refuses to give me my points / rewards for staying. Then I get to the room, the toilet is full of waste! I ask for a new room and refused said nothing available I asked for my money back and refused. I left I am now fighting with Days in for it. Yeah real bad.

Horrible
I should have known not to stay here once I arrived at the establisment. Upon arrival the guy at the front desk got 3 calls while I was standing there from guest that were having problems with there rooms. From the converstations one was for heater...

Excellent
Right by the Greek Theatre for concerts.More food late at night. Great place to stay and if you need a cab they come quickly. Nice pool and right in front of a Ralphs and shopping area.

Convenient location next to Hollywood/Western metro station.Located in the Thai town without much food choices except for Thai. The room is surprisingly big and comfy given the price, totally satisfied with the location.

Okay
It appears that a lot of improvements are in place or underway. The left wing of the upstairs was obviously undergoing upgrades. There is a lot of street noise (and I was in the far back area) and ambient noise from the parking lot and other rooms....
