The breakfast was so much more than expected. The food was good and the variety was excellent. It was a little further off the main road to Charlotte than expected but worth the drive. The room was very clean and the bath was newly remodeled.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was courteous and efficient. The room was cheery and the beds were enjoyable.

I hate to give bad reviews. Unfortunately this is hotel I must rate rather low.

One event produced my distaste for this hotel. A cockroach in my bed. I only found one, but that was enough to make my following nights uncomfortable.

Aside from that unfortunate event, the hotel was clean and efficient. No one else in my group saw any cockroaches or had any other complaints.

Yuck. I was with my mother and it seemed very unsafe, right off the highway- literally! And we were at the end of the motel area. It just did not seem like a safe place. The wireless internet was also not connecting at first, so they gave us a help number that did not help much.

The room was in poor shape. A chest of drawers was broken and not all lighting fixtures worked.
