Horrible
Staff was very nice. However, We walked into a "lady of the night" in the main lobby. The only floor that didn't smell bad was the first floor. We tried 3 different rooms that were all said to have a couch for our son to sleep on, none...

Mediocre
Room was okay. We were on first floor and it was noisy pretty much all night long with people coming in late at night with no regard for others. Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Bulletproof glass, slide your money under it...

Horrible
The nonsmoking rooms are within 25ft of I-84, literally. After switching to the otherside of the hotel, the room I had was stuffy, small, and for smokers. The breakfast is terrible - stale plain bagels, stale muffins, and cheap coffee. Not worth the ...

25 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. First off, the room we reserved was not available when we arrived, and the elevators looked and sounded like something straight out of a horror film! The room smelled of musk and smoke and had an overall creepy vibe.
The worst element had to be that the room had roaches, thats when we started packing! When my fiancée went to inform the front desk person about the infestation, he was told "We must have brought it with us". Now, to add insult, not only are the rooms sub par, they're infested with bugs! He didn't apologize or seem a bit concerned.
My fiancée demanded a full refund and brought one of the creatures in a bag for the nasty desk person to see. At the time, other people were checking in and my fiancée made sure they knew what kind of mess they were getting into! It was the worst experience ever, we wanted a decent priced hotel but who knew "that" was what we were paying for?
Needless to say, no more budget rooms for us. We upgraded to a whole different city, $200 more a night, but bug free and with a more customer friendly staff! I would recommend this "hotel" if you don't mind filth, rudeness, and an overall seedy ambiance.
