It was dirty, it did not feel safe, it was an old building with old decor and it smelt stale.

The room was old looking and dingy, the sliding glass door on terrace did not lock and I did not feel safe. The fire alarm triggered a few times during the night.

I did not feel safe. Someone kept triggering the fire alarm at night. The overall appearance of the hotel was dreary.

This was a good location for us as we were visiting Universal Studios. The hotel restaurant staff was exceptionally nice and they served good food at a modest price. We did have a problem the second night with very loud noises and banging on the walls. We reported it three times before the manager took care of the problem. We did not sleep that night. Upon checking out we were given a thirty percent discount on the second night stay. We thought that we should not have had to pay for the night at all.

It was an adequate location but I wish the rooms were more up to date. My room was picked up but did not feel clean but the bathroom felt like it was cleaned recently.

It was just the basic hotel, nothing frilly or extravagant. You pay for a place to stay, not some theme or adventure in itself.

The mattress was not comfortable, the staff was not fully informed about amenities and services, but they were mostly friendly and the pool was nice.

The staff was responsive. The room was clean enough. The neighborhood looked safe.

It was a very nice motel. We enjoyed our stay. It's centrally located to LA sites and Hollywood. It's easily accessible from the freeway. I was not impressed with the parking lot, however.
