After returning from dinner we found our shower not working. We went to the front desk, but the lady there was rude and she asked why we waited two hours to tell them.

to return to the Days Inn Gallup East.

They were very efficient with evacuating us during the night when a fire broke out and made sure we were comfortable and warm.
They went out of their way to let us know where things were and how long it would take to get there, relieving a great deal of anxiety over being late to meetings.
