We checked the website which said pets allowed, got there signs all over "no pets allowed $500 fine". The website didn't say a word about pet fees which they wanted to charge after we already stayed 2 nights. We were told to pay pet fees or check ou

I would have never think of letting my dog stay at this place. In fact, my dogs accommodations, at home, are much cleaner than this Quality Inn / East. I've worked in the Hospitality Industry (primarily Hotels) for more than 20 years - and this establishment, is by far the dirtiest and least maintained hotel, I've ever witnessed. If it weren't for my VERY late arrival on Oct. 18 (19), '07, I would have gone to another hotel. Choice Hotels better 'up their ante' on franchise requirements. The Bates Motel would have been a better choice.

Needed a cat nap so I stopped here because it looked clean. The room was spacious, but very outdated, and smelled way too strong of cleaner. The room had a door on both sides that conjoined the adjacent rooms, making me feel very unsafe. The towels were very worn, but overall the bathroom was clean. The only thing I did like was a separate shower light with a timer. Staff was very friendly at front desk.

The experience started out outstandingly. The front desk staff was pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. They gave me ideas of restaurants and their locations near to the hotel. The room was immaculate. One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in save for the top tier, mega dollar hotels. The person working at night, the lobby was locked, was not available for at least ten minutes though I literally held the buzzer down for one to two minutes continuously. The not very efficient person finally showed up after ten minutes plus and then had the utter gall to give me dirty looks. I filed a complaint with Choice Hotels and the manager of the Quality Inn was supposed to contact me. That never happened. I contacted Choice Hotels again and was sent the equivalent of what I spent on the room in certificates toward my next stay. I would never stay there again unless I knew that person was no longer employed.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Knights Inn Fayetteville.
I might recommend it to friends.
