36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This one gave me such a poor impression that I checked in and immediately checked back out. As a business traveler having made the reservation through a third party, I found cigarette butts crushed out on the floors, no blanket on the bed, holes in the drywall in the room, and very poorly maintained overall, dirty carpet throughout, minor maintenance items such as unsecured trim, nasty caulk, etc., giving a general impression overall that things are neglected.
The office area gave the impression of being cluttered and disorganized. It’s clearly a family run business, and run in the best interest of the family, not you, the guest. It’s in a great location, but as a frequent business traveler to the area I know there are much better managed hotels, even that allow pets. I would steer clear of this one. My visit was early April 2007.
