My allergies kicked in immediately upon entering the room. The place looked fairly clean, but the carpets really need to be shampooed.

We opted for another motel, staff said we wouldn't be charged. They charged us $140.00 for 5 minutes in the room. Terrible place!

...I arrived Tuesday (the 7th) early AM....Showed me a room upstairs and asked about a room downstairs (smoking) as wife and I both 66...None ready but asst. manager said wait that she would go get one ready...20 minutes later ready and checked in

We were coming to Waterloo to gamble and I booked a room for my wife and I on priceline.com because the Isle of Capri was full for the night. Another couple came with us and they decided to the stay the night as well since we live over an hour away. When checking in we changed our room from king to double to accommodate four people. However, the clerk must not have changed the number of people staying because when we arrived at 1:00am we received a phone call less than five minutes after entering our room threatening to kick us out for having too many people. Mr. Patec, one of the owners, was running the desk and was quite rude about taking care of the situation. He was not willing to believe that one of his employees made an error and not understanding of our needs. I'm not sure if this is policy but we ended up having to pay an extra $20 just for our friends to stay the night or else leave at 1:30 in the morning. On top of this we were told to quiet down repeatedly and that the room next to us was complaining of noise when our bag accidentally fell on the floor. Our room was directly over the desk and we could hear people talking underneath us. Needless to say we were not pleased with the customer service and will not stay at a Days Inn in the future.

The location just off the interstate makes it easy to turn. The room was very nice. The staff at registration was very friendly. They had a good selection of food at the breakfast bar.

We were on holiday trip and made stop at the Days Inn. The hotel staff provided the best service. Breakfast was excellent. The water temperature in the pool and spa were perfect and our kids loved it. We will be back. We would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very pleasant and made you feel welcome.

It seemed like I was 'at home,' it was very comfortable for a hotel.
