When we arrived to our room, it was still a mess. It was not cleaned so we had to go to another room and we received no discount or anything. We were very unhappy.

The first room we were given had no plug in the bathtub, and only a few of the cable channels that were offered. When I asked the staff about the cable problem, they asked which channels were out. I advised that they were mostly local channels,...
