The front desk staff was wonderful. When our air conditioner did not work they moved us right away with no problems. They were very friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They welcomed us with a nice smile and they did not make us wait.

I am very likely to return to the Days Inn East Windsor.
I might recommend it to friends.

A confusion about our reservation resulted in a double billing. This was resolved via telephone after our departure.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk personnel were courteous. I was brought additional towels promptly in the middle of the night.

I am very likely to return to the Days Inn East Windsor.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel was fine for the price. The only problem was there was way too much chlorine in the pool and they didn't fix the problem when we brought it to their attention. The pool was actually burning our eyes and skin. Otherwise, service was great.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Days Inn East Windsor.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was promised a package deal, including tickets to Six Flags, for one flat price. At check in I did not receive all the tickets, and when I complained, I ended up paying extra to get the rest of the tickets promised.

I am not likely to return to the Days Inn East Windsor.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
