Excellent
The staff was very professional and the place was very clean. And the pool was great. As much as I travel in an economical rate I think they had a lot to offer. The pool was just rebuild last year.

Mediocre
I think I got one of the rooms that wasn't renovated yet. I requested a room from which I could keep an eye on my car in the parking lot, although I did not get the impression that it was a bad part of town. My experience might have been different...

Customer Service was Poor. This was the worst hotel stay ever. The room smelled as soon as you opened the door. The couch sank as soon as you sat on it. There was mildew on the shower walls. When we took a shower, the shower drain did not work. When we asked for an iron, it did not work. Then when we tried to get another iron, the front desk said that the one iron that we had was the only iron on the premise.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Durham/Near Duke University.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Worst Hotel StayCustomer Service was Poor. Building is in poor condition. Roof leaking and falling apart. Housekeeping doesn't knock before entering. Room had a odor. Housekeeping knew we were in there, but still tried to enter without knocking. Washcloths didn't look clean.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Durham/Near Duke University.

Excellent
This was a nice place with a brand new huge pool.Staff was constantly working and very friendly. I can see lots and lots of improvement and money spend on this property.
