I had a friend stay in this hotel at my suggestion, because it was close to downtown.
I was busy due to the holidays, and had not managed to see my friend yet. It was about 1 am when I tried to go up and visit for a few minutes. I was asked for my ID, and then I was denied access because I am a local.
I was not there to rent a room, just to visit a person staying in the hotel. I was able to call my friend down, we then headed up, but again I was yelled at, and was told that I was not allowed to be let in or even on the property since I was a local.
Much to my amazement, I have given this hotel business in the past and even on this late December evening. It was insulting to be treated as if I had done something wrong because I was there to see a friend. I have always used Days Inns, but I now spread the word about this hotel that denies a paying guest the common right to have visitors. Prison has easier visitations.
This hotel is poor in all categories.
