We booked this hotel on Nov. for our sons wedding and were told it was to be remolded with an elevator added. When we got there, there was no elevator and we found out our elderly handicapped parents were on the second floor. We asked them to change it and they failed to do it properly and someone else checked into their room about 10pm. Also when we booked 16 rooms in Nov. we booked rooms with two beds for two of our nieces and families. Both were put in rooms with 1 bed and kids had to sleep on the floor. There was no roll away or cribs at this hotel. I did not book rooms for kids to sleep on the floor! Rooms were also poorly cleaned and some friends check out and went across the street to a different hotel. The pool was out of service and had been for a week. Many disappointed kids as we told them about the pool. My advice is there are 8 other hotels in a 3 block area--stay in one of them.

The in room wireless internet would not work because the signal was not strong enough. The staff did not care at all and made no attempt to repair the situation. They blamed my equipment even after I explained that I had tried two different systems.

I would love to go back again. It was fun staying in a Jaccuzi room. The General Manager and the Assistant General Manager were very nice to us and gave us homey atmosphere.
