The location in relationship to the airport was great and they had easy access. The hotel clerks were everything one would expect.
We stayed a total of five nights, however on day #4, the hotel suffered a gas leak leaving guests with no hot water. We did not return to the hotel until late that night and were not made aware of the issue until the morning of day #5.
They were offering a $15 refund and promised that the repairs would be made that day. We returned around 7 pm to find that there was still no hot water to shower. The hotel GM did take care of us. The breakfast buffet needed to have had more variety of fruits & cereals. Also, they could've offered along with toast some bagels. They also had run out of regular coffee for the guest rooms. The cable TV had malfunctioned for the first 3 days.
