The hotel is in a convenient location. But the facility was quite old and the room was very small. Parking accommodations were difficult to access.
It's a normal low-budget hotel.
Everything was great during my stay at this hotel.
This hotel made me feel content: The guest services were performed without waiting or hassle. The location was convenient. I enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet at night, even though it was in downtown DC.
I liked the location of the hotel, it was near other restaurants and public transportation. However, the room was small and not lit very well; also, the noise from traffic seemed a bit loud. The elevator was small, there was not much room for people and luggage.
The hotel was close to the metro but in a quiet location. They were remodeling the hotel, which was definitely needed. The stay was quite pleasant.
The room was average, but rather small. I could not get hot water twice, but a maintenance man was up very quickly to fix the problem. They have a friendly, helpful staff and are in a very convenient location (next to the subway stop).
The staff was friendly and the location was not bad. The room was rather small, and so was the bathroom. The lighting was not the best, either.
Paying for daily parking was a surprise. The room smelled like chlorine gas.
The bathroom was in terrible shape. The tub/shower porcelain was cracked. When we went to check out, the clerk said that the billing for the room was taken care of already. Three months later, a charge showed up on a credit card that I did not authorize. The matter was taken care of after multiple phone calls were made over a period of days. Do not ever stay at this particular hotel.
Parking was inconvenient and noise between rooms was clear; but the price was good and the beds were comfortable.
It's in a great location for the money.
This hotel made me feel secure: The elevator had key only access. No one can get up to the rooms without a key.
Excellent value in the dc area.
This hotel made me feel practical: Great location in dc, best price in neighborhood, 4 block's from my son's apartment, free parking.
