53 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel failed to pick me up at the terminal even though it was scheduled weeks in advance. The hotel van showed up three hours late to finally get me. No concern was shown over this at all.

I am not likely to return to the Days Inn Conference Center Allentown.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The room was in need of refurbishment. The bathroom door was dirty and the tub was chipped in numerous places.

I am very likely to return to the Days Inn Conference Center Allentown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was mediocre at best and very overpriced. Also, the staff at breakfast was extremely rude and impatient with the guests.

I am not likely to return to the Days Inn Conference Center Allentown.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was too pricey for the service provided. I requested towels several times and I never received them, even after I went to the front desk personally and asked for towels. Also one of the van drivers to take me to and from the bus station was very rude.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Days Inn Conference Center Allentown.
I might recommend it to friends.
