This hotel is absolutely horrid. Filthy and old and falling apart.
We went there for graduation and we checked in and then back out as soon as we saw the room. We went through GTHA.com to book oour room and we were only refunded two night of our three night reservation. We never even stayed one night! If you need to make a reservation do not use this service they charge you more for the room and won't refund all of your money if unsatisfied. Lesson learned!
went to watch our son graduate from the army and stayed at
days inn in columbus on victory drive. The hotel was awful and I don't know where to began. The floors were nasty you couldn't walk barefoot on them-too sticky. There was a peep hole in the bathroom that we had to cover and the room stunk. And I reserved a room with 2 beds and got one with
one bed. Glad our youngest son decided not to go at the last minute. It was not worth the 70.00 dollars a night that
was charged to my credit card. I will never stay at a days inn again.
No wireless Internet, no in room coffee, and the desk clerk (at check-in, was more interested in using phone than taking care of customers (potential as well as registered.) The room I was assigned was not ready to occupy until around 3:30PM. Unsatisfactory. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Columbus at Fort Benning.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I just went down for my boyfriend's graduation at Ft. Benning and I was appalled to say the least. On the website, the hotel looked and sounded very pleasant...until we got there. Outside out window was an actual trailer park. When we went outside we saw people dealing drugs in and around the area. The receptionist told us to lock our car doors because there were frequent robberies from their parking lot. The room was absolutely disgusting. We could hear people yelling and swearing from our room. Several creepy people were hanging around outside the hotel and near the triangle-shaped pool. The service was a little sketchy as well. I completely refused to use the bathroom. We left almost immediately and found a new, CLEAN hotel. We later found out that the hotel was using pictures from another Days Inn. I would never recommend this hotel.

The wireless internet did not work for 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed there. Everything about the hotel was substandard to me it wasn't terrible but I definitely would not stay there again. The staff was very nice and that went a long way for me not completely trashing the place in the review. it should have a 3.0 rating not 7.0

I usually like Days Inn because you get a decent place to sleep for a decent price, but I was sooo disappointed! The room smelled, the bathtub was dirty, we found a dead cock roach in our bed, something was dripping down the side of the wall, short black hairs were in the soap dish. We paid in advance for 2 nights, but did not stay a second night. We did not want to waste our time visiting our son who is at Fort Benning arguing with the staff. Just FYI..The captain on base said while visiting go to exit 10, but stay away from exit 4,5, and I think 6. This is right were this Days Inn is located.
I AM A DIABETIC USING AN INSULIN PUMP. I WAS SO AFRAID OG THE FILTH IN THIS HOTEL, I WENT TO A MUCH CLEANER NEARBY MCDONALDS TO CHANGE MY INFUSION SET FOR FESR OF INFECTION!! JUST BECAUSE WE ARE MIDDLE CLASS AMERICANS WITH FAMILY IN THE MILITARY, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO EXPECT CLEANLINESS!!!
THIS HOTEL HAS RUINED THE DAYS INN NAME FOR ME! I AM A DIABETIC AND WEAR AN INSULIN PUMP, I WAS AFRAID TO CHANGE MY INFUSION SET IN THIS PLACE, I HAD TO GO ELSEWHERE!! PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN WHERE ANOTHER FAMILY WENT TO THE MICROTEL AND IT WAS MUCH CLEANER!!!

This is a NASTY place to stay......We booked for three nights but left at 5am after the first....there were 8 of us so we had 2 rooms....there were men hanging out by the doors drinking.....mold in the bathtub.....the "air" was gerry rigged and looked dangerous....the other room had roaches and the pool area had men standing around watching the younger girls swimming yelling nasty things! We have stayed in Days Inns before and NEVER had this problem......We went to a La Quinta and were treated WONDERFUL! and the room was only 5 bucks more a night! I was told by people in the area that all the hotels on Victory drive are not the best to stay in.....some rent by the hour!

Mediocre
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Ft Benning, GA, where we were to attend a graduation. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, the paint was peeling and overall it was shabby. I would not stay there again.
