65 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The exterior hallways and the general area were in need of repair and upkeep.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Days Inn Civic Center Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.

My family stayed 5/07. Room appeared clean but had bad odor and bathroom smelled of urine. Our room had Cable TV but all channels were "fuzzy". Would not recommend for families with young children due to the general "dinginess" of the room. We were within walking distance to the Roanoke Civic Center but that seems to be the only plus.

46 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I thought for the price the room would be very basic and service basic as well. However it was just the opposite. The extras that went along with a clean room and restful sleep made this a great trip away from home.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Staff at desk helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did things without complaining. All employees' nonverbal expressions and postures showed genuine caring and willingness to help us.

I am very likely to return to the Days Inn Civic Center Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
