I made reservations in January for a February stay. I called in advance to let them know I was on my way there. When we arrived, the hotel clerk had already sold our room and we had to wait while she found us another one. The one she gave us was not to our liking.
The next morning, we were asked if we were ready to check out, even though we booked the room for 3 days. The daytime clerk fixed our reservation and moved us to our right room. We asked for housekeeping service, which was anything but for the housekeeper took our used towels and failed to leave us clean ones. I used a credit card to hold the room and told the clerk that I would be paying for the room with another card which she said was fine, but in her haste she charged the room to the card that I asked her not to use.
The clerk was not professional, the rooms are not comfortable, the furniture throughout had stains and showed serious signs of wear and tear and the staff are anything but friendly. The outside appearance is misleading for the inside needs a serious remodel.
The only reason why we stayed was because all the other hotels were already booked up and I couldn't find a room close enough to the convention I was attending.
