41 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We arrived on March and checked out on April We were extremely disappointed in our accommodations and the hospitality of the staff. We arrived at approximately 11:00 pm. When I entered the lobby, the staff was eating and watching television. The impression that I was left with was that I was a bother and they were aggravated that I had interrupted their time. I got my room keycards and when I entered my room I found only one bed. My reservations were made for double beds. The staff rudely told me that the hotel was sold out and they would not move to me to another room. Since my reservations were prepaid, I could not cancel and go to another hotel. I asked for the manager and he told me that there was not a manager on duty until Monday morning (we were checking out on Sunday).
We were in the lobby because every time we left out room and tried to reenter our keycards would not work. (That was another frustration!) While in the lobby, another guest checked in and was placed in a smoking room. She had requested a non-smoking room. She was promptly moved to another room and she also had prepaid reservations. At this same time, a guest came in and asked if rooms were available because she didnt have reservations and was told yes.
We were in the lobby getting our keycards reactivated (since they wouldnt work when we left our room and tried to reenter) and they yelled at the staff at the desk in front of many customers. She treated her fellow employees extremely disrespectful and this type of behavior should never happen in front of customers.
They do not honor their commitment or expectations, if I was you I would find somewhere else to stay.
The room was nice. The Contintental breakfast was very limited. Suggest going out for breakfast. Customer Service Staff did not know much about the local area. Price was good.

This is the worst motel in the world, staff is a nightmare they are rude, disrespectful, no security. this place is an insult to the name Days Inn. rooms dirty, there we had no water (none). We did'nt stay there we moved to another place, the carpet ...
My husband and I stayed at this hotel and it was very clean and quiet. Had no complaints. The room was well equipped with coffee maker, hair dryer, safe, refrig.,microwave, ironing board, iron. I will stay here again. It is very close to all the...

When we checked in, the first room I was to occupy had not been made up, the bedding was a mess and there were dirty towels in the bathroom.
We requested non-smoking rooms, but the two rooms we had, although labeled "no smoking", reeked of smoke. When I reported this, I was told, rather abruptly, that they are non-smoking rooms.
There were no extra pillows or towels were available. The room cards had to be changed several times for both rooms, as they did not work.
The location is totally undesirable, as airplanes flew directly above our roof as they approached the airport at a very low altitude.
We decided not to stay the second night of our first weekend and cancelled the two nights of the following weekend.
We chose this hotel because it accepts pets, but our experience, overall, was not pleasant.
VERY unsatisfactory experience at that

VERY unsatisfactory experience at that particular Days Inn. First of all, the room was never cleaned... when we asked for another room, they said they wouldn't be able to move us. When I called using a different phone a short time after to "test"...
