I was a bit hesitant to stay here after some of the reviews however the room, although small, was clean and had a refrig and microwave. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Friendly and easy check in. Older style on everything especially hair

Horrible
The room did not appear to have been cleaned. We had no hot water to shower in the morning. The free continental breakfast was awful. I would have rather stayed anywhere but...

This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced. The room was clean and quiet. A microwave and refrigerator were included with the room. Staff was pleasant and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
A plus for us is this place is the closest in the area to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are actually 20 miles away from the town, so coming from that direction, it was nice to see the sign we could settle in after a long drive.

The directions to the hotel were totally wrong!!! They should really think about revising that. We checked in and were given a room. I needed one that was handicap accessible and ended up with one that was on the second floor with no elevator -...
