52 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business
I liked that the hotel clerk was friendly. When I was surfing the internet in the office, another feature that I appreciated, she mentioned that she enjoyed eBay and had bought and sold merchandise on eBay. We only got one room key at check-in, so when I locked the card in our room, I had to get another one from the desk. She was very courteous. Some of the light bulbs in our room were burned out, however I did not report it because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, yet it was a problem when I wanted to read in bed.
This hotel made me feel respected: The desk clerk was friendly and used eye contact when talking about a mutual interest.
