Days Inn Brooklyn Center Hotel - Page 1

The price was good. We traveled with a dog so it pleased us to use the Days Inn hotel because they let us stay with our dog.

The hotel is close to the freeway exit. The maid service was poor and paid no attention to details. They had poor maintenance, one of the bulbs was burned out and the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. The poor service failed to replace a burnt out bulb, which I reported to the front desk. One of the box spring on one bed was well past its prime. There was yelling in the pool area after midnight.

The check in person was very friendly and helpful, it was a busy night and we ended up in a room with one king- sized bed instead of doubles, but he took the time and made sure we would be comfortable.

This hotel made me feel important: The check-in person really made the effort to make sure we would be all right with the room, there was an unusual amount of activity that night.

This hotel corresponds to high standards, it is easy to do business with but in most cases the complimentary or special breakfast is not a good value for the cost.

I was very displeased with the night staff and their unwillingness to assist their guests. I would not stay at this hotel again!
