58 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The outside area was not very clean and the air conditioner leaked and it was always wet on the sidewalk. The hotel just did not sparkle -- it looked rundown.

The desk clerk was friendly and the beds were neat and clean. But there was trash behind the coffee pot cabinet, behind the refrigerator, and on the bathroom counter.
