The room was to have refrigerator, and the tile was broken in the bathroom. My credit card was double billed, this was corrected after my receipt of statement and a phone call.

The room I reserved was not ready at check-in time even though we were there earlier to confirm. They ended up giving me a non-smoking room when I requested a smoking room. The bed in the room sagged in the middle. The telephone rang several times and there was nothing but static on the line when I answered it. The phone rang at 3 AM. The room was in an area where the other guests were very loud and fighting until after midnight. When I called the desk to complain, I got no response. The vending machines and ice machines were all broken. The room stunk of a flowery deodorizer so I had to keep the windows open even with the noise outside. The room was not very clean, as were the bathroom and tub.

The Days Inn Bradford was a pit. For the amount of money I paid, I might as well have slept in the car. Everything was dirty, and there were lots of nasty/loud people staying there.

Very bad experience. We were supposed to have handicap rooms due to the fact that am handicapped and we arrived to find that we had been assigned upstairs rooms and they had no elevators. They refused to change the rooms because all of the down stairs r.
