45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here last month enroute home to Ohio. The hotel clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. The motel on the whole was not in great repair, but the clerk was apologetic, promising it was going to have a complete rehab this coming year to the tune of $3,000,000. Since we found this hotel in the discount motel guide, we did not pay much for the room. However, he gave us a jacuzzi tub room because the motel needs attention. The place has a lot of potential and the room was very clean and the little toiletries were top notch. The continental breakfast had a great selection, was fresh and kept well-stocked. I'd give this motel another chance next year after the remodel.

23 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location was very close to V-tech and VCOM. The room was very clean and the service was great. The people working there were very helpful and made me feel secure. I would add that although I thought I was staying at a hotel, it was more like a motel, where I parked outside my room and entered it directly from the outside. The breakfast was average. The bathroom had a sauna option and Jacuzzi jets in the tub which I found a very relaxing surprise. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, more than I would have expected from a motel.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Days Inn Blacksburg.
I might recommend it to friends.
