My child has to go down to Bismarck once a year to the Dr.'s and they remember us every time and make us feel like we are a part of a family by giving my child high fives after her appointments and they also give her little treats.
I felt secure there because the outside doors are locked and you need to use a card to get in.

There were stains on the pillowcases and stains on the bedspread, we requested and received a room change, but we were disgusted that the Inn did not change the sheets of the room they gave me.

The only complaint had was with the national hot line, I called for a special rate I had found online and was told it was not valid. I then called directly to the Days Inn and was told it was valid.
I am content there because of the attitude of the personnel. They were friendly during a snow storm, efficiently doing their jobs under a stressful time. Always with a smile and a 'Hello'.
