A female in town for business..The carpets were so disgusting I refused to take off my shoes and walk on them barefooted. The room was dirty and smelled terrible, I slept fully clothed because I was terrified of when the bedding had been changed. There were roaches outside of my room on the sidewalk! The hotel is in a terrible part of town. I ACTUALLY FOUND A SYRINGE ABOVE THE DOOR JAM IN THE BATHROM AS I WAS GETTING OUT OF THE SHOWER! The manager refused to give me a refund. The only comment he had was that he didn't know why the maid didn't find it when she cleaned....DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
female with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
My experience @ the hotel was horrible, on my way to the room there were roaches in the walkway..when i arrived in the room, it was old and smelly, i was so uncomfortable i had to go to the local walmart and buy cleaning products before i could actually sleep, i begin sneezing and coughing immediately..i had pets, they were scratching from whatever was in the carpet, they couldn't walk on the floor, it was mildewed and wet, soaked my socks..the air did't work well, and the room was broken into before, the was a wedge that was visible, in between the door panel and the door..,went to the desk to report it, the clerk stated the staff had to break into it, to get the door unlocked.. Red Flag! i guess i should have taken it more seriously, when i went to take my dog for a walk, evidentally the staff lives on site and were watching, and tried the break in again when i stepped away, but i returned too quick, the housekeeper ran to the next room when i was walking up, my door still propped up from the break in of course! I called management, they said they would speak with the housekeeper, which resulted in the housekeeper, knocking on the door continuously, when the door was answered she caught an attitude, asking what time we were leaving, this is not a hotel, but a low grade motel, across the street from a crack house, the sad part about it, the people selling crack, aren't the only criminals in the vicinity, the hotel staff have them beat! Continental Breakfast, A joke! the only thing u could actually eat were the waffles, and there was a line to get those....

Do not bother booking here. If you want to be treated like the customer go somewhere else. Stayed here during the NCAA tournament and it made the trip terrible. We were given a smoking room after booking a non-smoking room. There was an all...

Okay
We booked a two-night stay but only stayed one night because we didn't feel safe. When we first arrived, we noticed that one end of the parking lot was gated. It wasn't until we got back to the room from seeing a movie at 12:30 a.m. that we realized ...

Mediocre
Hotel is in questionable area, safety was a concern. Rooms were small, bathroom was tiny. Room was fairly clean, but furniture and carpet looked old and worn. Staff was nice enought, breakfast was a joke. I would spend $25 more for a nicer room next ...
