Horrible
I got there about 4PM and my room was not ready. Came back in an hour and they finally had it ready to go. Staff is on the edge of being hostile. One got in an argument will a guest over a towel. They must think if they smile their face might crack. ...

This hotel is in a good central location with restaurants in walking distance. Shopping is only about ten minutes away in bad traffic, too. The price is good for what you get. I also really liked their bedtime snack program they have. It was something unique.
They made me feel at ease by having a great breakfast and snack. They also didn't come into our room when we didn't wish them to.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn Billings.

It was a little more expensive then I would expect for a Days Inn that's a the middle of nowhere, however, I was extremely pleased by the service, as well as the comfort of the room, the quiet, the helpful staff and the breakfast offerings that had a great selection.
It was quiet and had a relaxed atmosphere.

Horrible
I arrived at 1820 to find my room dirty and they refused to offer me another room. They said they rented the room during the day to truckers and didn't clean it until after 1830. They are collecting double the rent and providing only half of the...

The clerk refused to accept a coupon for saving because we rented the room at a group rate, which was much higher than the coupon rate. This would be acceptable to me except that this stay was in the off-season and the hotel was mostly empty.

The hotel facilities were good, and the rate was quite reasonable with the 'room saver' coupon. The location was difficult to find (in the dark) and there were no eating establishments near the hotel.

I was relaxed there because I installed satellites for direct TV, I worked all day for 12 hrs, I was very tired, all I had to do was go shower and get into bed clean sheets, that was great.
