Horrible
This hotel was the most disgusting place my husband and I have ever seen. It was late and we have been driving for more then 12 hours so we did not look at everything till we woke up. First the lady said it was her best room (which are pictures...
The facility is disappointed. I order one non smoking room. And first they give me one smoking room. Then I asked to change. The stuff told me the only room is availble is one with no refrigerator and no microwave. TV is not clear. And no bath soa

Nothing.Dirty.“We could not understand the hotel clerk. He was a foreigner. Also, why was the American Flag not flying at this hotel on Memorial Day weekend...
First off, we waited 45min at the front desk for someone to show up, then a really rude man waited on us. Changed the price of the room, said we would have a refrigerator and microwave WE DIDNT GET EITHER ONE. Then, in the bathroom was BODY HAIR...

Heaven. My wife and I enjoyed the entire stay, the staff was just GREAT, I would go back to this Hotel in a heart beat, keep up the good work, they sure know who to make you feel at home.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn Berea.
