The restaurant was great and so were the accommodations. Everyone was very friendly and more than willing to help. The parking facility was not very convenient for a van.
My husband and I both use power wheelchairs and their handicapped accessible room was just about perfect. The bed was just the right height for a transfer from wheelchair and bath arrangements were great.

Hotel staff were civil, but not friendly. They did their jobs efficiently, but not with any personality. They didn't go out of their way to be helpful to a first-time visitor to Baltimore.
The room was large and the bathtub had nice amenities.
