Excellent
Loved the location in regards to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards.I can never get a room when the Yankees are in town! One of the best hotels for the price and definitely the location. Any time we come to Baltimore this is the first hotel we check.

Good
As a travel agent, I wanted to choose a hotel that's within distance of everything to refer to clients and I chose this one. My son enjoyed being able to walk a few minutes and view much of what Baltimore has to offer. The room was comfortable and...

My reservation was incorrect and I was charged for a night I did not stay. They did not have any info about local eating or Starbucks. People smoked in the porte cochere.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Days Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We were double booked, so one out of the two rooms we had had to be relocated to the Holiday inn, which was down the street. Although it was inconvenient, The Days Inn comped the relocated room making it less expensive for us to stay. One other issue was that our phone was not working so we would have to go down to the front desk anytime we needed anything. The staff and managers were very apologetic and we were compensated in other ways, such as the free breakfast buffet the following morning.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Every single member of the staff was polite, helpful and went above and beyond. The restaurant and bar were excellent as well. The location was just close enough to the harbor for a nice walk and it was in the center of many other points of interest.
The staff treated us with total respect. Some hotels in this price range the staff gives you an attitude and treats you like a second-class citizen. These people treated us like we were their guests, they treated everyone like that.
