After checking into our room we walked across the street to eat and upon returning(1hour later) our hotel room had been broken into. Cash and credit card taken. Only employee's response was "oh really" and seem shocked we were going to call the police. Police determined our room was entered by a pass key. We did not feel safe there and left. I contacted the manager and was told by him that people make false claims and would not beleive my story!
I told him he had a dishonest employee there. I contacted Days Inn Corporate office and was told Days Inn are independently owned and they could do nothing. Be aware of hotel theft and how easy it is for them not to be responsible for it!
