N A S T Y....even after I asked when I made reservation if it was clean. Office had "strong" Pine-Sol smell..disguising other odors. Room was not what I booked, was supposed to have balcony, would not compensate for THEIR error. Beds.....very hard, uncomfortable, old. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!
