Days Inn Ankeny Motel

There was one young man there who was extremely helpful. Our room was a let down, the sink was in the room rather than in the bathroom, and there was no towel rack. One light was burnt out. We didn't have some of the features that rooms next to us had. I assume this was because we booked with a discount through our bank.

The motel looked well used and therefore it was hard to make look clean. The motel staff was very friendly and efficient. The area was somewhat noisy. The motel was in an area convenient to shopping and eating.

The hotel had easy access from the highway. It had friendly service and adequate accommodations. It had poor TV reception. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, it is good value for your money. I did not explore the extras.

The TV remote did not work.
