It was very centrally located and convenient for shopping, restaurants, etc. It was winter and the parking lot and sidewalks were not clean and were very dangerous. The room reservation was for a non smoking room. However, the hotel put us in a smoking room.

We picked this hotel because it was convenient to downtown, it was clean, and the personnel were friendly and answered all of our questions. I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting this area of Alaska.

It was a pleasant stay. I have no complaints.

Our room had two full size beds instead of a queen size and this was not practical for two adults that would like to bend a knee at night. My husband though the pillows were too wimpy -- they offered no support. The bottom sheets were not fitted sheets; they were flat sheets tucked in. They didn't stay that way long. Other than that, the hotel was great with a prime location.

The hotel itself is very clean. The staff very friendly. However, if you have a room facing the courtyard be prepared to not sleep, the sound from the other rooms travels and it is very noisy all night long. The rooms that do not face the courtyard wer.

We were on our honeymoon and were placed in a room that looked as if at one time it were the storage closet. It was no more than a 10x15 foot area. We had requested a large bed as it was our honeymoon and we were placed in a double bed with and there wa.

This hotel made me feel respected: Extra help from front desk when needed.

Awful experience -- room too hot, couldn't open window because was right beside an alley.
