32 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room would have been nice if it were clean. the bathroom was also dirty, the tile and shower surround were in need of repair. The door did not seal and there was a cold draft coming in the door. so we had to run the heat on high to keep the room comfortable.
Then in the morning, we left to run to the drug store over an hour before check out & returned to find our room keys no longer worked. The front desk said house keeping told them we'd left & to clear the key.
hen we did get back into the room, a wallet was missing but the other 2 bags we'd left were still there. Of course the staff claimed "nobody had entered our room" and the head of house keeping said they didn't say to clear the keys but that they were "Having trouble with all of the keys that morning" even though the front desk said otherwise.
Was a good location & would have been a good Value if not for the "vanishing wallet"
